City Administration is responsible for maintaining the city records, paying the city bills, and interacting with and assisting the public. Guidance to employees of this department varies with job duty however primary supervision lies with the mayor.
Under the direction of the Mayor, the public works department is primarily responsible for grounds maintenance of all city property, street maintenance, and sewer utility service within the city limits of Elm Springs.
